Spa Policies & Etiquette
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our expert staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
To begin your spa experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 15 minutes to complete the new guest profile. Delayed arrival time will limit the time for your experience, potentially reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling:
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via text or Email. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. A 48 hour advance notice is required for any spa package or treatments lasting longer than 2 hours. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 50% of your scheduled service charge. All no show appointments will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Bridal Parties, Spa Princess Parties, and large group parties are subject to a separate agreement and terms for all cancellations.
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the service can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Your spa experience is our highest priority. To ensure the most peaceful spa experience, we ask that you turn off all cell phones when entering Rinnova Spa & Wellness center. Talking on cell phones is prohibited in the spa. Please be mindful of other guests in the spa receiving services and use quiet voices at all times.
For the Comfort of our guests and for their safety, Children are not permitted at Rinnova Spa unless receiving a service.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards/Certificates:
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards, and Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center gift cards/certificates. The Rinnova Spa gift card/certificate contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card/certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates. The card/certificate must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Rinnova Spa gift card/certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused Balance will remain on the card/certificate. This card is non transferrable and Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card/certificate. Gift cards do not expire. Please call the spa to check balances. Spa series are non-refundable.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns:
In keeping with the vision of Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center, purity and quality are essential elements in all of our skincare and product lines. In the event that you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given a refund within 30 days of purchase.
The Rinnova Spa & Wellness Center Membership Program offers discounts on monthly spa services. The membership benefits Include one free 60 minute swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone massage each month, as well as additional discounts on secondary spa member services within the same month. You will also receive discounts on products throughout your membership term.
The Premium Membership fee is $80 per month and includes a 60 minute massage, 10% off all other spa services including facials, nails, and massage, 10% off all products, one free smoothie per month, one fitness or yoga class per month, and express checkout service. The massage, smoothie, and fitness class expire at the end of each month. *A 6 or 12 MONTH COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS.*
A credit card is required for all membership enrollments and the card will be charged at the beginning of each month. If massages, smoothies, or fitness classes are not redeemed during any particular month, you forfeit that month’s benefits. No refunds or additional benefits will be given.
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the commitment period. If for any reason you need to cancel before the 6 or 12 month commitment period is over, you may do so by filling out a Spa Membership Request to Cancel Form at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle and paying a $150 early cancellation fee.
